South Daytona loves pets, and Ridge is a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs. You'll need to pay a pet fee of $250 for your first pet and $100 for your second, plus a monthly pet rent of $20 for each pet you have. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment at Ridge. Parking is easy and convenient at Ridge Apartments. We have plenty of parking lots throughout the community in front of each residential building, as well as guest parking.
