We offer 10 and 15-month leasing terms at Ridge Apartments. If you need short-term leasing or other terms, talk to our team. We’re always happy to help.
Applying is also easy, and you can start your step-by-step application on our website. To complete your application, you’ll need to provide proof of income, undergo a credit and background check, and pay your Application and Admin fees. Make sure you ask about our current app and leasing specials, as well as our deposit waiver programs.
South Daytona loves pets, and Ridge is a pet-friendly apartment community. We welcome both cats and dogs. You'll need to pay a pet fee of $250 for your first pet and $100 for your second, plus a monthly pet rent of $20 for each pet you have. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment at Ridge. If you have questions about your specific pets, just reach out to the leasing office.
Parking is easy and convenient at Ridge Apartments. We have plenty of parking lots throughout the community in front of each residential building, as well as guest parking. Our online resident portal lets you pay rent, set up autopay, split payments with roommates, and submit maintenance requests right from your phone, tablet, or computer. You can even sign documents electronically — everything you need is just a few clicks away.
We love providing our residents with flexible payment options! At Ridge, we offer Flex Pay. With Flex Play, you can break your rent into smaller payments throughout the month instead of paying all at once. This gives you more control over your budget and helps make rent more manageable. If you’re interested in Flex Pay, just ask the leasing office for details — they’ll help you get set up.
